We only need to know the dates of the Vallespir race. As soon as we have them, we will let you know.
Don’t forget to join the Telegram distribution group.
The registration price is 40 euros per weekend (2 days of competition). You can pay for just one day of competition and attend just one day.
The FAI2 race only allows registration for both days of competition.
pilots
What level of piloting is required to participate?
You must be a pilot and have the IPPI4 license. If you are already a pilot, it appears in your FAC app, if it still doesn’t appear and you have the title, contact your club.
Can I participate with French mountain insurance?
The insurance of the French mountain federation and many others do not meet the minimum requirements required by Spanish and Catalan law. Only FAC insurance covers these minimums. Tens més informació en aquest enllaç.
Are the tests very hard?
It is a competition, but the events are designed so that, even if you do not complete the entire route, you get points. The winner is the one who makes all the markers and scores in the shortest time, but in each race (if the design of the race allows it) there will be the possibility of making fewer markers and scoring points.
I saw that the Catalan national team is leaving the league, how does it work?
The Catalan hike & fly selection is made up of the top players in the annual ranking of the Catalan league, but not only that. It is true that currently all those selected have participated in the league, but only the first 5 will be selected directly to belong to the selection, the rest will be evaluated by the selection team according to different criteria.

If you are a club interested in participating by organizing a hike & fly league race, fill out the form below. The dates of the races are agreed upon with the other organizing clubs and care is taken to ensure that they do not coincide with any important event in Catalonia related to hike & fly. The races close on November 15th. No further races will be accepted after this date for 2026.
